Carpaccio Ristorante as the name implies, features various kinds of Carpaccio among its House Specialties. What sets this restaurant apart is its flexibility in the innovative enhancements of the Classics, while maintaining the rustical authenticity of a true Italian cuccina.

Beautiful Tuscan landscapes and rolling hills blanket the interior walls of the restaurant via murals created by a very passionate painter, Ricky Morato, somehow creating an atmosphere that is so conducive to relaxed dining and delightful conversations. A full-size wooden bar welcomes the guests with a well-selected Wine List and probably the widest selection of Grappa in town. Both the main kitchen and the cold kitchen are visible trough a wide glass window so one can openly see the hub of preparations. Freshly made gelati and insalate are visibly created in the cold kitchen. Recently installed is a divider, which thus provides a separate and enclosed area for smokers.

The traditional Beef Carpaccio’s "ala Cipriani" and "Piemontese" are popular, but they serve Lamb Carpaccio and Salmon Carpaccio as well. The restaurant can also boast of its assorted freshly made pasta (Fresh every day). Carpaccio features an extensive selection of Antipasti, main courses, pasta, pizza, desserts and other delicacies offered via its a la carte, weekly and monthly seasonal menus. The pasta selection allows you to select from six kinds of pastas and nine types of sauces.

Other than its charm and consistent quality, Carpaccio's success since it opened in April 1996 can be partly attributed to the many satisfied customers who have flocked to this "warm and comfy" restaurant and have then "spread the word".
