Their restaurant has a pirate-theme with waiters wearing pirate costumes as their uniform. Most of the furniture that they use are made from wood and with abaca ceiling fans and bamboo ornaments around the area.

They serve just-out-of the-water seafood which are grilled, steamed and cooked to perfection from their Grilled Squid to their Baked Lobster. They also have several variations of adobo such as their Mixed Seafood Adobo sa Kamias and their Batangas Beef Adobo that can goes well with rice. Most their servings are for sharing so it’s best to bring someone along when you eat here.

But their most popular dish in Blackbeard’s Seafood Island is their Boodle Menu which is a group meal that can be shared by 3-4 or 5-6 people. Their boodle feast follows different themes derived from the various Philippines locations or icons. Like their Dapitan’s Pride (which consists of San Mig Clams, Grilled Tilapia, Laing, Stemed Crabs, Grilled Pork, seasoned rice and more) or their Magellan’s Landing (which consists of Danggit Chips, Chicken Inasal, Kinilaw na Tanguigue, Bagoong Rice and more).
